here is my problem. i hav a very active slim 3 year old. i need a jwinter jacket and pants outfit that will keep her warm and dry but not be so "puffy" that she has trouble moving around.does anything like that exist? LL bean's are HORRIBLE! so big and bulky~!

do these pants have an adjustable waist or perhaps a waist cord? i have a very tall skinny toddler and she cant the size she needs in length with just an elastic waist
