I used this at 7,000 feet in late spring over a rainy night with no wind. In the morning there was minimal condensation, but absolutely no water beads or drips. After you set up the tent once, it takes literally less than 2 minutes to set everything up by your self. It has great features like the Jakes Foot, which is a ball and socket joint where the poles connect to the tent; making it free standing. The rain-fly snaps on to the feet of the tent. The tent is super light. The foot print is pretty much just a straight forward super light weight tarp, though I did not use it, and I was just fine. There are down sides though. The sack is abnormally large for what goes in it. The steaks are next to pointless as they are tiny and very skinny. The worst part about the tent is its floor space size at 25 sq ft. This only fits two small people (under 5-10 ft, under150 lbs) shoulder to shoulder, so they must really like each other and have mummy shaped pads. Otherwise it fits 1 normal sized person and a child or dog. If you want light weight with roominess, I would go with similar weight tents made by other companies with floor spaces 28 sq ft to 33 sq ft.

The shirt works great, it is comfortable and breaths very well. It is super light in weight. I use it to play ultimate Frisbee and I did not notice any stops of friction. The down side is the cut. It is a performance shirt, made for athletes, but the design is not an athletic cut. The waist and torso is much too roomy for my taste. It shrinks in the wash about 5 percent.

Based on Medium Size. Inseam 31 inches. Inseam of shorts 11 inches. They fit normal not too large or too small. They keep out cold well even though they are not insulated. Comfortable at 45 degrees. They are great against the wind, I hiked with them on approaches in 30 mph wind and I didn’t feel it on my skin. I have had these for 6 months and used them in all kinds of conditions. The pants get warm at about 70 degrees during activities so I just zip off the legs and wear the shorts. They are easy to get off even with bulky boots, the calf zipper go almost to the knees. There is a button and an elastic band at the base of the leg. They are abrasive resistant; I scrapped them against granite while bouldering and they do fine. There are 4 front pockets, 2 on each side. There 2 are pockets like on jeans that open from the top that do not close and 2 that open from the side below those that close with a zipper. The 2 back pockets close with Velcro. There is a micro fleece waist band. One down side is; the belt loop in back is 1 long loop so it is not the easiest looping a belt while you are wearing them, however that design is specific for backpacking to reduce the friction points. They do well against stains. I accidentally got bike grease all over one knee and at the end of the day the grease was gone. I don’t understand where it went, but it was gone.

With 4 normal AA Energizer batteries it weighs 12oz. It gives off about a 15 foot radius of light on a tabletop; perfect to read, eat, are play cards. If it is hung higher the light radius increases. It is well built and solid. I had no worries about throwing it in a pack and setting out.

What is back is: High end for of Spring, Fall, and not extremely cold Winters. Best used for mountaineering or long backpacking trips in cool weather.
The most impressive feature is the stuff/compression and expansion size. It fits into a XS Marmot stuff sack, which his 14x7 inches. Think of an Xbox 360 smushed into a cylinder. You look at the stuff sack and say ‘There is no way it will fit into that’ but it does. The down is comfortable and expands to the fullest. The weight is one of the lightest on the market. I weighed it on a food scale and in the stuff sack; it weighed 2 lbs 8oz. It is very warm as well. There is an inner flap behind the zipper so no heat can escape of cold air let in. I used the bag, under the stars in late spring. The weather for the night ranged low 50s to high 30s F. The bag was so hot I woke up and had to unzip it all the way and use it as blanket until 3:00am or so.
What this bag is not: Not used for Car camping, Summer time, novice users (Boy Scouts/Summer Camp)
It is not a summer bag. Any temperature above 40 degrees F the bag is pretty much useless, as it is too hot. This is not a roomy or comfortable spacing bag. To cut down on the weight Marmot cut down on the size. You cannot lift one knee. It is very snug and mildly cramped, based on my size. I am 5'11 160lbs with broader shoulders. I used the Regular version.
Two other features to note; the zipper does take a few moments to get use to. The inner flap does catch in the zipper if you do not run your finger ahead of the zipper when opening/closing. Also getting out of the bag is not a straight shot. It does take some finesse and slight patience.
However if you want a bag with the smallest stuff size, with the lightest weight while not too concerned about sleeping room, then this is your bag.

For the medium size hard back shell is 23 inches long and 11 inches at it’s widest. There are adjustable straps in the shoulder, chest, and waist. The main pocket is a stuff stack a good size to fit gear for over night trips or as a larger day pack. There is an outer sleeve that held my extra shoes nicely. The 2 mess waterbottle holders are huge and accommodated 32oz bottle with ease. All of the compression straps work laterally, though there are none that compress horizontally. I used this pack for a weekend as a day pack in the slot canyons of Escalante, Utah. It worked well in tight spaces and took the abrasion of scraping against the canyon walls. It breathed incredible well, though the weather was not hot and I am not a sweaty person. I was not sore in the shoulders or the hips after 2 days of use.

This review is based on the medium size. The center-back is 27.5 inches long. The length of the front main zipper is 26 inches so it is longer in back than in front which made it good for sitting down because it did not ride up and helped keep the weather out while climbing and scrabbling. The sleeve length is 32 inches which is longer than a normal medium but great for tall women. The medium fits a tall size 8 perfectly. It is an athletic fit with room for a fleece underneath. The hood fits well, covers nicely, and stayed on with the heavy wind and snow. As an everyday jacket or a travel jacket it would be better with hip pockets, but it is design to use with a backpack. It kept out heavy wind, snow, and sleet with ease. The water beaded and just slid off. Lastly please remember it is just a shell, there is no insulation.

The Jesse James coat is reminiscent of a posh hotel in Jackson Hole with rustic elegance and western flare. There are more technical coats out there for the more serious alpinists but none quite as stylish—designed for the avid skier on the mountain as well as around town. The fit is true, with enough room beneath to allow a 200 weight fleece, though it is comfortable down to 20 degrees F with only a base layer shirt. There are many pockets to store gear and personal items; 2 on each side of the chest, sealed with a metal button and Velcro and 2 at waist level, sealed with taped zippers; as well as 1 vertical pocket on the left chest, sealed with a taped zipper. The coat would be more waterproof if the main zipper was taped, but it is a regular zipper making it more convenient to get on and off. The cuffs have two Velcro strips to tighten and the waist has pullies to cinch. Each triceps has two metal rivets for added style. The only downside I found was the lower pockets require two hands to unzip. Overall this is a head turning coat. If you enjoy the decor of Aspen and Park City, this coat is for you. Medium Size sleeve length is 35 inches and Center back length is 31 inches

The Jesse James pants have a rustic elegance and western flare. They are moderately insulated so I am able to control their warmth with my different base layers. The fit is true, though I would prefer slightly more room in the crouch and upper thighs. I had no problems with soaking or dampness after full days of boarding and snowshoeing. The suspenders are removable and the back waistline has pull-tabs with Velcro to allow cinching for a tighter fit. The inner thigh vents are taped sealed zippers. The back 2 pockets are normal zippers tucked under flaps, while the front 2 pockets are vertical taped sealed zippers; and the right thigh has a buttoned cargo pocket. The fly is a normal zipper. My only complaint, I would like boot attaching hooks on the gaiters—though most people don’t prefer them.

The belt's total length is 43.5 inches

This is a high quality normal mid-weight sweatshirt that will keep you warm down to about 45 F with the sun out. The sizing is the most important part. It will shrink 5%-10% after washing. I am 5 11 160 lbs with a 38 inch chest, the Medium fits well. The Large had some room, and the small was too tight to wear.

This is a great versatile boot for walking around town and snowshoeing as well. It has excellent traction on snow, slush, and ice—with good/fair traction on black ice. The waterproofing works well; I used them in knee deep powder for 2 hours without gaiters and my socks were dry—though the snow cupped at the top around the ankles so gaiters are needed. I wear normally just wear gym socks and they keep their warmth. I have gotten them down to 5˚ F. The sizing is true, I wear a 9.0 and I have a 9.0 which fits perfect. The two features I like most are that they are very light in weight which helps maintained their comfort when I wore them all day Christmas shopping with my wife at an outdoor mall and they are flexible which is great for snowshoeing. They are not ideal for driving, but still work fine. Breaking is no problem, but when accelerating the boot presses on the back of the calf, so it is uncomfortable 20% but that is mainly only when getting on the freeway. The only real downside is they take about 1 minute to but on and 20 seconds to take off, but other than that I loves these boots.

This is a very heavy weight, warm sweatshirt. The main concern is size, it runs very small. Im 511â, 160 lbs with a 38 inch chest. I am normally a Medium in everything and a Small in North Face. The Small was way too tight, and the Medium was ok but I was afraid of shirking. It shirks about 5% after washing. I own the Large, which is big but still works.

The Profile is a quick set up probe that is simple and strong. Any one can use this the first time, just throw and pull; sets up in seconds. It is a 6-section 7075 aluminum tubing that is 240cm (7ft 11inches) at full extension. It collapses to 18 inches (45.75 cm). For its weight, it is very durable and holds up season after season.

This backpack is best for those who want a smaller pack for school that will still work as a pack for day hikes. It fits my 14x10 inch Laptop, 1 text book, and 2 folders but still has what is needed to take it outdoors with chest straps that click into together and as well as the padded waist straps. The shoulder straps are thin and breathable so you wouldn't sweat as much. Your back is separated from the pouch by a stiff, flexible, and malleable board accompanied by foam padding down each side of the spine. It is designed with one main pouch that zips open like any normal backpack with a smaller poach on top of that that zips down the back. There are water bottle pockets on both sides and comes with a waterproof rain cover that collapses small and hides away. This pack is very light in weight; 1lb 14oz. Some might not like this because they may think its too thin and may call it cheap, but it is designed to be light and is very high quality.

I've had this hat for about 5 years and its still in perfect condition. It is extremly durable and can be used in all kinds of situations. I use it mainly to keep out the sun when I'm on rivers and in lakes where it does a great job. I never worry about loosing it down a rapid or geting it wet. The down side is I get alot of grief from friends because they don't think its cool.

This jacket is great for Fall and Spring, though I haven't used it during the winter. Its very warm for its weight. The down side is its kind of a shaggy fleece, but its extremely soft, if your into that. Also its kind of short to the waist, it goes just below the belt. I would like to see it longer

These sandal's are the best. I've had mine since 1998 and they're still in great condition. I wear them every summer, all summer long; and occasionally around the house. I take them camping, on rivers and in the lake. If you're looking for a durable sandal, these are it.
