I use this weekly for business trips. Paired with the PackIt system, I'm consistently able to pack more gear than I could in my old super-pricey Tumi carry-on. This thing also fits in every OH bin I've tried thus far; something I could only do with the Tumi on most (had to fit it sideways in most bins). Other pluses: very light weight and great for rolling around city streets I travel often.

Marmot Genesis Softshell Jacket - Men's

February 1, 2010

The L seems a bit tight through the shoulders when layered with something like a Patty Micropuff vest.....at 6'0/180lbs , I can't imagine going to an XL...Anyone else experience this? Does it "stretch out" a bit to accommodate a mid-layer like that?

The North Face Aconcagua Down Jacket - Girls'

My perpetually-cold 5 yr-old daughter has lived in this thing since Santa put it under the tree for her. She skied in inch-an-hour snowfall last weekend at Vail and stayed warm & dry. No problems.

Very , very cheap way to ensure you're not wasting the cost of a ski vacation or lift tix on a kid who just wants to stay inside and out of the cold!
