I will be in countries all over the world from the middle east to Nepal, will i be able to use this gps,without downloading maps,to track routes and 10figure grid referances while on top of a moving vehicle.

I am going to need to use fire arms in extreme cold weather, will this glove allow the dexterity i will need to carry out weapon drills???
