I'm looking for a thin balaclava to keep the sun off my face while nordic skiing; definitely not for warmth. Nordic is highly aerobic, so I need some king of mouth vent too. Buff makes a sunclava but no mouth vent! any suggestions?

Write your question here...backcountry only has Large...I usually take a medium, but things vary. For example I own a North Face shell in a large that fits o.k. Any comments on fit? For this kind of $ I want it to fit well! OR, will Backcountry be getting in more?

Write your question here...I've got an arch-less left foot (it bulges out) and wear a custom orthotic. It is FAT! I need a wide last to fit this orthotic, so that it lies flat. How does this boot compare to others, width wise? especially the flat bottom of the interior boot?

Will this windshirt stop mosquitoes from biting the way my nylon pants do? (i.e. the little buggers can't puncture the nylon with their proboscis.) Ideally I'd like to wear this while I'm backpacking on a sunny day--say, in the 70's. Perhaps a mesh backed shirt would work?

I'm new to kick wax skiing-but I've been waxless classic skiing for several years.I own an iron. I'm in the Sierras (royal gorge etc.) Any suggestions on kick wax-swix vs, toko, likely color range--etc. Also, is this klister as good as tube klister?
