Bio:

Right now, kayak fishing drives me. I'm on disability, so paddling a tranquil lake in search of bass or muskie finally something I can do more often.

Otherwise, I'm into photography, camping, reading, computers, family genealogy, auto racing, Civil War history, history of the German Third Reich and Occupied Territories in WWII and related stamp collection, good Cabernet and Pinot Noir and a fine cigar! But there's so much more...

A Great PFD for the Kayak Angler

This is a great PFD for the kayak angler because the back rides high and doesn't interfere with comfortable seating. Gotta love all those pockets for all the odds 'n' ends a fisherman takes with him/her. I got the "oversize" model as well, and the fit was perfect even though I take a 4XL-5XL. I would have preferred the Mango over the Cactus color for visibility; it always seems us big folk get fewer options, doesn't it? But that's a relatively minor thing compared to the PFD's functionality and performance.
