I'm 5'3" and 115 lbs. I thought I could get away $79 cheaper by purchasing a girl's XL instead of a women's small. The women's small fit great throughout the body, but the hood was too big and sat too far back on my head and I couldn't get it to adjust well. (I like having use of the hood because it doesn't squish my hairstyle) I tried on the girl's XL and it was a bit shinier, although not as shiny as the photo depicts, so that's good. I agree w/Nina, though - the cut is unflattering. The hood fit perfectly on the girl's jacket, so that was the deciding factor for me. I think that maybe after a week of wearing it, I won't care or remember that the women's looked better.

It says that the hat is available in white, but I've bought

It says that the hat is available in white, but I've bought hats online that said they were white and when I got them they ended up being off-white or an ivory/cream color. Is the white hat truly white?
