i brought M size it measures from the back of my neck to the bottom 25 inch.IF i pull it Down it reaches my belt line nice! But when u move it runs up & u have to keep pulling it down

Nobody mention about the white stitching that runs all over the jacket, the photo on web DO NOT show this.I hate the board white stitches on the shoulder & across the back.i bought Nightsky Blue & the stitches stands OUT.Yes its a very warm jacket & Yes its very short...making it look puffy not like the picture.
