Bio:
I like bikes, the color combo of bright blue and yellow, sunflower seeds, any activity involving water and/or snow, roller coasters, star gazing, fresh squeezed orange juice (with TONS of pulp), Pop Rocks, collecting beach glass, The Food Network, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Storm Chasers, Man v. Food, The Amazing Race, the movie "Hook", playing field hockey, the band Virginia Coalition, voluntourism, and crossing things off my Life's To-Do list.
I've spent the past two summers cycling across the US raising money and awareness for the affordable housing cause with an organization called Bike & Build. Now, on to the next adventure...

Backcountry.com Merino Crew Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's
6 days ago
I have this in the Glacier/Smoke color and I've worn it without anything underneath. A white bra underneath would definitely show up a little (as you can see in the picture), but not all that much...I mean, it's not quite enough to make it uncomfortably see-through, but I tend to wear a tank top or something under it if I'm heading out to run errands.
Compared to the Backcountry Merino Zip Tee, it's definitely thinner, although both shirts say they are midweight.

Salomon Snowtrip II 3:1 Jacket - Women's

If you normally have a problem with sleeves being short, I would suggest looking at another jacket. I'm 5'6" and I got a large...the sleeves are just barely long enough for me when I have my arms down at my sides. When I put both arms out in front, not only do the sleeves go up past my wrists, but the jacket is super tight across the back.
The length, however, is perfect for me, but again, I'm not really all that tall.

Timbuk2 Laptop Messenger Bag

There aren't any larges left at this point, but if I would have to guess, I would say that the large is cheaper than the medium of the same color because the large size is HUGE. Seriously. I got a large and returned it it was so big, so I think the medium would be more expensive because it's in higher demand (much more reasonable sized bag).
I'm not sure on the strap pad but I would have say that the regular ballistic strap is most likely the one that comes with the bag.
Yes, you can pay with a credit card.

Salomon Snowtrip II 3-in-1 Jacket - Women's

The liner zips directly into the shell jacket so it seems like you're wearing one complete jacket. You can also use only the shell or only the liner.
I can't help you our with the color, but I can say that the blue lagoon color (no longer available on here) is much more like a seafoam green color.

I'm going to have to agree with canadian_chica...while my Smartwool lightweight zip shirt definitely shrunk in the first wash, this shirt hasn't...and I don't think it will. You can try washing it in really hot water and then putting it through the drier...it shouldn't wreck the material or anything, although it might not actually shrink the shirt at all.

Vasque Briza GTX Hiking Boot - Women's

They feel ridiculously light...almost like you're not wearing boots at all. I tried them on at an outdoors store near me and they honestly felt even lighter than the trail runners I had worn into the store.

CamelBak M.U.L.E. Hydration Pack - 520cu in
September 24, 2009
Because of the insulated bladder pocket and the way that the padding is set up (thicker with air vent channels), filling this pack with ice won't be as noticeable as it would be with other packs with thinner padding. I do, however, regularly fill the bladder in mine about halfway with ice and I think it gives a slightly cooler feeling while resting on my back...besides the fact that there's nothing better than ice cold water when I'm cycling in 100 degree heat.
