Getting in shape for a run at another half century of living. Running and biking to keep in shape and have fun. Playing guitar and watching the stars to enjoy the day. I hope to see 100 with my wife, family and friends.

Finally, a pair of running shorts that don't chafe! Even though these shorts are longer than most, they are light weight and very comfortable. Worth getting several more pairs.

I really like this bottle for mixing endurance powders. It's easier to clean than plastic bottles. The sport cap makes it easy to drink from on a bike.
