The Oakley Splice is basically built on the same chassis that the Crowbar is. It should fit similar to the Crowbar. It has additional downward peripheral and zero pinch around the nose which leads to better nasal air flow.

The Oakley O frame will probably work. My seven year old prefers this to the XS O Frame. You should also check out Oakley's women's specific goggle...the Stolkholm. It is made for petite faces.

The Oakley Vintage Lines Windbreaker is just that....a windbreaker. There is no insulation. It would be fantastic for Spring skiing. As far as layering, I guess that would depend on temperature.

They would work, but the best bet is to go for a polarized lens for fishing. The polarization will cut the glare on the water's surface so you can see into the water and see the fish. Oakley has many polarized lens options available in many different styles.
