These are big, but that's why I got them, really cool. I would not suggest these for hardcore activities, they like to slide a little and they might fall off some day, but I don't care...

Good Superhero...

Marmot Super Hero Jacket - Men's

Marmot Super Hero Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 September 18, 2008

This is a good softshell. Keep in mind, this is really a softshell, there is not much of a liner and it's really not warm. - Few softshells are. I think with a 100-200 weight fleece and underwear it'll be fine for nice days on the slope. I like the removable hood, even though others do not, and it really does not add that much weight. Overall it's a great - I really like most Marmot stuf and have bought their line for 15+ years, the construction, style and details are excellent.

Great Fleece...

Ex Officio Alpental Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's

Ex Officio Alpental Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 September 16, 2008

I was skeptical at first, only knowing Ex Officio for men's shirts, but my wife freaking loves this fleece. The dual materials (fleece lining and then exterior) work really well for warmth. The fit is also really flatering for women, it looks casual but has the materials and construction to do anything...A+
