After getting perennially sore feet trying to keep up with my little ones, i switched to Dansko's. Now i can spend all day standing at the park, helping the kids on their bikes, walking through the woods, etc., without my feet hating me at the end of the day. This style is particularly nice because it breathes better than traditional Dansko's and yet still has the stability and comfort of their stapled clog line. (Just purchased my third pair.)

I purchased these clogs last year and, even in the store when they were brand new, they were so comfortable i remember saying "it feels like they're kissing my feet." They are a bit softer on the foot than traditional dansko clogs, but i didn't notice any less support from them. Of course they're ugly, but who cares when your feet feel so deliciously cumfy. I even bought a pair for my mother and she loves them as well -- very sure-footed in the snow, plus warm even on very cold days (the shearling keeps the wind from sneaking in).

My physician recommended Dansko shoes after i started experiencing pinched nerves in my feet. The Cassie clog still has the wonderful support of the Dansko professional line, but the footbed is softer, so even when you first slip them on, they feel ultra-comfortable (i exclaimed "it feels like they're kissing my feet" when i first tried them on). The shearling keeps the wind out on cold days, and the tread holds true on snow. I loved these so much, i bought a pair for my mother, who is also very pleased with them. I'm almost looking forward to the end of summer, just so i can retrieve them from the closet and enjoy them again.
