Not much to say, these are the standard, straps easy to adjust with gloves on, well built in the USA.

If there was a wish with them, that would be to add a very agressive crampon, I was in conditions of slick dry powder on top of ice in steep terrain.

Works great, I am 6' and 240lbs. It is extra long so you can slip down inside. Was just on a trip in the Adirondacks of NY, stayed in a lean to. It was in the 20's and I was plenty warm. Just had thin cotton socks on, feet toasty.

I have only put a few miles on them so:

Easy to put on, they stay on, don't mar your boots.
Traction is very good, you could use them all day anywhere outside at say a snowfest event etc and not slip at all.

Construction is very good.

These are not Ice Crampons, they are not going to get you up a 45 degree sheer ice incline, that's what the real things are for. These are for back country hiking and in the city events. No reason you can't run in them.

Be aware these are NOT allowed in NY, Adirondacks, the bears get them on the sides, get bouncing on them and the top pops off. The rangers will turn you back.
