Big Agnes Air Core Sleeping Pad

I can't compare this to any other sleep pad as this is my first but it definitely beats sleeping on the floor! I did my research based on price, pack size, and reviews and this one had me sold. It does pack to the size of a nalgene bottle, only takes a few minutes to blow up, no slipping, super comfy but it is noisy and that is why I only gave it 4 and not 5 stars. I'm cold blooded so my only regret was not getting the insulated one.

Great for Backpacking!

Lafuma X 650 Pro Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Synthetic

Wow this packs small and light!! I'm cold blooded and my husband well - .. he's a furnace. With sleep pads I used a 0 degree bag and he used this one on our most recent backpacking trip. The temp got down to 35 degrees and I was still cold but my husband said he slept just fine and that he will only use this bag from now on. It did take me few tries to get the bag back in the stuff sack. If you're warm blooded and like to travel light this is the way to go.

I love it!

CamelBak Better Bottle w/ Bite Valve - .5L

I bought this bottle in a .75 and .5 size. I find that I drink more water when I have this bottle around and I like that it fits in cup holders. The only down fall is that it only took one drop (.5) and the little snap on the straw broke only after 2 weeks so I will be returning it. I didn't buy the 32 oz size because I figured it would not fit in cup holders but after taking the .75 on a recent backpacking trip I will need to get one as the .75 was not enough water. I am not a fan of the big spout on nalgene bottles (I always make a mess) so this was perfect for me!
