This jacket does not have a tight fit. The more athletic jacket in this same material is called the Momentum Jacket, but the Impulse is a more relaxed fit. In any case, at 5-10" I would go with a medium

It is not fleece, the liner is a synthetic insulated nylon piece. Take a look at the North Face Redpoint jacket to give you a better idea what this liner is like. Very nice upgrade from a traditional fleece liner.

You will have to have one very oversized shell to fit a puffy like the Nuptse inside it...I would recommend some type of down jacket that uses a waterproof face fabric.

Depends on long you are going to wear them outside for. This is really just a liner glove. They have great dexterity, and would be fine for shorter periods outside, but I would look at a glove with insulation if you are worried about getting cold...
