I scooped 2 of them at a very low price. I have been pretty well wearing one ever since they were delivered.

This is a very lightweight Merino, the fit is form fitting, nice colors, and stylish...perfect.

P.S., they fit even better after you wash them.

I am a huge fan of synthetic "down" as a cold weather thermal layer. I bought this for winter cycling (down to -30C) to wear under a barrier layer cycling jacket. I have only been able to ride for 2 hours at -10C but this jacket out performed my previous set-up. I perspired as usual but didn't get the chills at the end of the ride thanks to synthetic downs ability to insulate when wet.

I have a TNF primaloft jacket but it is cut too short for cycling. This sweater is longer through the torso and sleeves so it fits perfectly.

Stoic has also provided more features than any other product I have looked at. 4 pockets including an inside Napoleon pocket. Support for MP3/Phone wiring. The inner cuff is unique and works really well.

I have worn it 6 times and washed it once with no sign of the seam problems reported here.

Given the technology, these gloves should be a lot warmer than they are. They are good down to -10C but below that you can feel the cold air penetrate the fingers. I had my index finger freeze badly after 45 minutes at -25C. It was weird because my palms were toasty warm but it was like the Gore-Tex membrane doesn't cover the fingers.

This is too bad because the gloves fit perfectly (love the curve), they are really well made and they have excellent features (the drawstring on the cuff is the best I have used).
