Bio:

I live to ski, run, bike, camp and be outdoors. Nothing is more refreshing than waking up in the morning to the smell of fresh powder. The slopes are a rush, and the wipe outs are even better. It's the world's best high.

I just received these poles..and the first day out on the mountain, my baskets came off. Is there a way to get new ones under the one year warranty? Or do I just buy new baskets elsewhere?
