I love to mountain bike and exercise. Im an avid CrossFit workout buff and also crossfit level 1 certified. I kayak when possible and just love to be outdoors. Its Gods country, lets get out there and live in it, play in it and be part of it!

Large should work for you north face runs large in my experience. I am 6' tall 170 pounds size 33 waist wear a 40 long sports coat and Medium fits me other than the arms are a tad short.
