July 29, 2008

I live in London Ontario Canada I bought two of these chairs for my cottage mainly for my diabled husband who finds it very comfortable and easy to move back and forth,my problem is all the elastic cording down the sides has broke on both of them.I called the dealer where they were bought to see what they could do for me....nothing. These chairs have not been out in the rain and are put away for the winter. We paid 310.00 ea for them.Do you have any suggestion on how I can get this problem fixed,I am not a happy camper!!!.Thanks for your imput. Linda in London.
