This boot fit from the moment I put it on and went for a 5 day backpack in the Grand Canyon. The bottom, however, is too soft for much rock underneath. I took it on a wet hike, and even though it's GTX, it wet through. Lastly, It fell apart after only 2 days of a 7 day backpack. (I had to stitch it together with dental floss on the PCT) This all after only 8days of wear!
