Honestly, I just starting doing this a few months ago, twenty miles a day, to and from work. I'm driven by the opportunity to combine saving bucks for gear and beer with physical fitness. I don't need more motivation than that. Riding rocks!

They work for me

Pearl Izumi Woolie Seamless Arm Warmer

Rating for this product: 4 September 15, 2008

Just got them and used them for the first time this morning. It was about 48 degrees out, and these fit the bill perfectly. Didn't get too hot in them and they were snug, but not too tight...for a point of reference on sizing, my biceps are 17".

You're mostly buying a brand with these.

Oakley Spiral Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 September 5, 2008

Great looking shorts, and it seemed to fit great, liner, chamois, and all, until i took my first ride in them. Tenty miles was all it took to get a little chafed. Still, I liked the look and feel of the actual shorts enough to just cut the liner out and throw them on over a pair of Specialized removable liners I have. Now they work great.

Awesome!

ZOIC Sultan Bike Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 18, 2008

The first Baggies I've worn that had a chamois that didn't make you look/feel like you were wearing a diaper. Even Specialized Trail Shorts don't feel this good. These were so good, that I had to get a couple more pairs of ZOIC shorts. They are sweet too!

Totally Recommend them

ZOIC Future Bike Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 18, 2008

Great Short...Super comfortable. There are a couple of zippered vents on both thighs, in addition to the more than adequate number of pockets, that you can open up to get even more airflow that are nice. The pockets are well designed and easy to get into and out of while riding. The snap button on the front stays buttoned and the removeable liner stays snapped into the shorts. I'm 5'9", 197lbs and have a 34 inch waist, and the large fits great.
