No problems with leaks. Great bottle. I think it is pricey but nonetheless love the way it fits in hand.

CW-X Pro Top Short-Sleeve - Men's

November 19, 2008

Doubt it - I am 5'9 and 170 with a small pooch and wear a medium. The small should be fine.

I returned these shoes as I did seem to have a foot pain after running. Very light and waterproof was nice but didn't work for me.

Inov 8 Roclite 312 GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Inov 8 Roclite 312 GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 September 30, 2008

Very light, good traction, Waterproof. Don't know if they are suitable everyday running (depends on terrain)as they are so light. Definetly use for racing and speedy runs. The flatter the surface the more I would tend to use day-to-day simply because there is not as much cushioning for real rocky surfaces.
