I have been using this purse for a couple of weeks since I ordered it. I love it! The quality and craftsmanship is really high. I can't believe how great the embroidery looks. The colors are fabulous - it matches almost everything I wear (I bought the charcoal one).
There is one nearly full height velcro pocket on the inside and no other organizational features. The strap is not adjustable, but it's a perfect cross-body length for me (5'7"). It is big enough to fit my wallet, checkbook, phone, music player, sunglasses case, keys, pens, chapstick, and medication. The strap is lined on the body-side to help protect the woven wool. The zipper is heavy duty and seems unlikely to break. The photos are pretty true to color, although they are not as pronounced in normal light. It looks charcoal-color at a glance.
I really recommend this purse!

I actually put them in a sweater bag in the washer on a gentle wash, removing the inserts and putting them in the bag, too. I use a gentle detergent (Charlie's Soap). I then let them air dry. I've had mine for a year and wash them every month or so.

I have narrow feet and tried these on in a store. They fit perfectly! Normally I have to tighten my shoelaces a lot to get them narrow enough, but these were perfect with little effort.
