Sorel Tivoli Lace Boot - Girls'

Sorel Tivoli Lace Boot - Girls'

I purchased these for my 10 year old daughter, this passed Christmas. When she first saw them, she was so stoked. She wears them to school and does not have to worry about getting her feet wet at recess. They look pretty dang cute with just about any outfit she chooses to wear. They are very warm, but not cumbersome waffle stompers like other kids snow boots... I ended up doing a half size bigger than what she measured...

Great jacket!!!

Stoic Luft Down Sweater - Men's

Stoic Luft Down Sweater - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 28, 2010

Got this on SAC... Great down jacket... Very warm, without the "Marshmallow" puffiness... I had originally ordered a large but it was too tight across the shoulders and chest. I am 5'10", 180 lbs. with a 44" chest and broad shoulders, so the XL fits better. The wrists of the sleeves fit snugly around the wrists, which is nice for keeping snow and cold out, but it makes looking at your watch a little more difficult. Overall, a great jacket especially for the price.

Ordered this in the large... At 5'9" and 177 lbs. The sleeve and torso lengths are fine. However, I have pretty broad shoulders and found the large to be too tight, worried about popping a seam. Ordered the XL, should have it today and will update...

Stoic Luft Down Sweater - Men's

WILLIAM FROM BC ANSWERED THIS FOR ME... You can, but it is not recommened. The reason down sweaters/jackets are not waterproof is that down needs to breathe... a lot. If you add waterproof materials to the outside of the jacket, moisture can get trapped in the down and make it collapse

Is it safe to use a spray on water-proofer? Assuming that you are careful not to saturate it, as to avoid getting the down wet.
If so, what kind of water-proofer is suggested?

Stoic Merino 150 Crew - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Stoic Merino 150 Crew - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 28, 2010

This is an awesome shirt. I've worn it snowshoeing in both sunny and snowy conditions. Both times, I had just the shirt and a shell on. I've also snow camped and wore just it and some micro fleece bottoms and was plenty warm in a zero degree bag... Great shirt... Thumb-holes are a nice feature as well.
Size wise, I am 5'9" with an athletic build @ 177 lbs. The large fits me fine, probably could have gotten away with a medium.

I measured for a medium and ordered both a med for me and lrg for my friend. The med was a little too tight and lrg fit, pardon the pun, "like a glove". I will be exchanging for the larger size.

Oakley Ridgeline Mountain Bike Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Oakley Ridgeline Mountain Bike Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Men's

I've had this shirt for a couple of months... The first time I wore it, it got lots of little snags and a hole on the front, most likely caused by the belt from my Camel Back. Frustrating that it seems to snag so easy. I have other jersey's that have not snagged at all or as mutch... On the upside, the tire tool is pretty cool.
