Getting up in the morning is tough for me. I like to wait for the sun to make everything warm before I go out for my 3-6 mile walk/jog/run. I listen to CardioCoach to keep my heart rate high enough to do some good, as I pursue a flat belly. My husband and I like to bike, he does long distance stuff weekly through the french country side. We are really lucky to have had this opportunity and find that being outdoors is really important to quality of life for both of us.

Just so you know, I now own 3 pairs of this amazing shoe, and did buy 3 different colors, but honestly would have bought them in any color. I walk approx. 5 miles per day on concrete, cobblestones and uneven blacktop in the course of my daily activities. The thick sole provides an excellent base, the velcro strap adjusts easily when I am flying and have some ankle swelling, and they are fancy enough for dresses and skirts.
