Burton Snowboard Binding

January 9, 2009

The bindings have a plate that will fit any type of board. They are solid bindings. They can take a real beating. They are not really cushy or padded so don't expect them to be super comfy.

Ride RX Snowboard Binding

I have the LX's and the strap on the size XL bindings is plenty long to fit big boots. I have worn sizes 13 and 14 boots in them with plenty of room to spare.

Quality binding

Ride LX Snowboard Binding

Ride LX Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 4 January 4, 2009

I have last years version of the LX binding. They are very comfortable to ride in and easy to adjust to your boot. They have a decent flex. Great for intermediate or beginner riders. I take mine anywhere on the mountain and they hold up to it all from groomers to three feet of fresh pow.

Decent helmet

Giro 2008 Encore 2 Helmet

Giro 2008 Encore 2 Helmet

Rating for this product: 4 January 4, 2009

I like this helmet because it is pretty warm without getting really hot. It looks good and feels good on my head. Only complaints is that the ear cover start to hurt my ears after a while on the mountain and that with my goggles on the helmet gets pulled upwards a little so that it sits back on my head. other than that its a good helmet.

Burton Moto Snowboard Boot - Men's

January 3, 2009

It does have dual zone speed lacing but it is all controlled on one side. So if you pull on the front on the one handle it tightens the bottom and if you pull on the back it tightens the upper zone.

Burton Snowboard Binding

January 3, 2009

Yes it would. Burton bindings come with a plate that allows you to fit their boards with the three bolt setup as well as any four bolt setup with plenty of adjustment for both ways.

Ride SPI Snowboard Binding

Any binding in the extra large will work you just have to adjust the back of the binding to fit the extra length of the boot. I have ride LX bindings in extra large and they fit my size fourteen boots well. It takes a little time to set them up but once its done the boots will fit well.

Burton Board Sack

November 30, 2008

I'd get the 156 so that it fits your board well, but if you want to stuff your boots and stuff in the end you can go with the 166.

Solid tent

The North Face Rock 22 Bx Tent 2-Person 3-Season

The North Face Rock 22 Bx Tent 2-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 November 28, 2008

Got this tent and used right away. I love the fact that I don't hit the ends. Being that I'm 6'5'' tents can be too short but this one isn't. With the fly on didn't have any condensation except on the fly. It light enough to backpack with and has plenty of space for two people with good space under the vestibules for all of your gear. Two doors are really nice. Recommend the footprint to save the bottom. Overall this is a great tent.
