I agree. Great as a fall jacket. I wouldn't wear it in 10 degree winter weather or in snow.

Just what i was looking for

The North Face Osito Fleece Jacket - Women's

I have many TNF jackets, but all were more for winter. I was looking for a good transitional fall jacket. Bought a windproof one, and sent it back because i wanted something softer. This fit the bill perfectly. Got the Knight Purple color and i have gotten so many compliments on it. It's like wearing a fuzzy blanket. I'm 5'3" and approx 145lbs and I bought the large. Medium would have just barely fit and been too snug to wear a sweater underneath. Large is roomy enough to wear a sweater and be comfortable moving around.

Highly recommended. Price is great, too.

The North Face Windwall 1 Fleece Jacket - Women's

I was expecting a warmer-feeling fabric and softer jacket than this. I guess because of the coating that makes it windproof. I returned it as soon as I got it. Runs a size small. I am 5'3" and 140-145lbs and everyone told me to get the medium, and i think it was too tight. If I had anything thicker than a thin t-shirt on, it would have been cramped in there. I returned this for a large North Face Osito Jacket in Knight purple. Love it. That is very soft to the touch and warm. It's like wearing a blanket.
