These are pretty good climbing shoes. They're stickier than my 5.10 coyotes, but not as comfortable. The soles are pretty good at edging to. I actually really liked these until I got my Montrails. I LOVE my montrail climbing shoes. They're almost too sticky indoor climbing, but these offer better traction outdoor. Go figure.

Great, not Awesome

Vasque Blur Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Vasque Blur Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 June 16, 2009

Great trail runners. Stable, with a good amount of shielding in the shank. Before this I had a pair of Brooks Cascadia "trail runners" but they were really street running shoes with trail-running colors. They were very comfortable, but offered no shielding or stability. Every rock could be felt and ankles were unstable. These block those rocks that terrorize the bottom of your feet. They're light, fit true to size, and are moderately comfortable. I just wish they had a tiny bit more padding.

Comfy, a little BRIEF

Icebreaker BodyFit150 Boxer w/Fly Brief - Men's

Icebreaker BodyFit150 Boxer w/Fly Brief - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 June 16, 2009

These are great undies. I ran an anti-stink experiment. These lasted 4 days (with no athletic activity) before they started to smell like taint. And they're pretty comfortable. That being said, I totally understand why people have complained about the waistband cutting into them. It's really sharp on the top edge. I wasn't overly irritated by them, but I noticed the sharp edge a couple of times.

My biggest complaint is with the length. These are supposed to be BOXER briefs, not just briefs. The inseam is like 1" - 2". They're practically just briefs with a little extra fabric. But everything combined still earns these 4 stars. Maybe after my 23 day trip in Ireland with 3 pairs of undies (ewww) I'll change my tune.

Amazing, Needs Thumb loops

Arc'teryx Rho LTW Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Arc'teryx Rho LTW Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 10, 2009

This shirt is great. Uber comfy and soft, it almost feels like a brushed cotton, but stretchier, warmer, and "higher performance". I went running with it after sunset when it was about 40 to 45 outside and had no temperature complaints, despite the light rain! My only complaint is that, the sleeves are a tad long. I'm a lean 5' 8" 170 and everything about this shirt fits great as a base-layer except the sleeve length, and even that could be fixed by adding monkey thumbs. I might even just get some sewn in! Otherwise I love it, I just need more uses for it!
