I just got this for Christmas in an XS. I'm 5'1" and about 110 lbs. and it works! The only thing is, I have a long torso so it's a bit short but I like it because it's easier to hike in with my backpack and all. It's not too hot for hiking which is good, and it's not bulky in the least. Don't freak out if you get it and it's too short. It should fit in the arms, shoulders and chest area. Another tip...the fastener on the inside should hook right around your waist (above the hip).

I love this backpack. It may not be huge cubic cm wise but it can hold anything. It's very comfortable, and it's a good price for what it is. Not only that, I'm a 21 year old female. Who says you have to spring for the extra money on women's packs? I think it's just another way to jack up the prices!

These boots are adorable. I'm a 21 year old female and I usually wear a size 6. I actually wear a 6 1/2 in my Vasque hiking boots. But when I got this pair of 6's in I couldn't even walk in them. Haha. I loved them, but they were enormous! I would recommend going a size down...an ENTIRE size. I'm not exaggerating. I sent them back for a size 5 in kids. Here's a tip: look at the UK sizes in your other shoes. Then get the size of these boots that corresponds. My 6 1/2 Vasque's are a size 4 in the UK, and these Sorel Boots are a size 6 but in the UK, a size 5. I should have been more observant! I hope this helps!

I really like these boots. If you like to hike in boots that feel like tennis shoes, that are easy to break in, and aren't too heavy, these are perfect. I crossed 8 or 9 streams in these, consecutively, and the GoreTex kept my feet completely dry. The Vibram sole doesn't hurt either. However, if you're carrying a heavier pack, as opposed to the 30 lbs. I'm used to, you may need a heavier shoe than this. Other than that, they're great!
