GREAT RACK!!

Yakima HullRaiser Aero Water Roof Rack w/ Tie Down DO NOT USE

Yakima HullRaiser Aero Water Roof Rack w/ Tie Down DO NOT USE

Rating for this product: 5 June 25, 2008

I recently used our hullraiser aero this past weekend and took our 9 foot kayak and our 14 foot kayak to Lake Powell. It was great!! My only complaint is that the 14 foot kayak seemed to sway quite a bit more than I would have liked. We hit a spot on the way home where the winds picked up to about 40 or 50 mph and I thought it was going to rip the 14 foot kayak and rack right off the roof. The 9 foot boat didn't have any problems at all. I think with a boat that long it would have been better to use the mako saddles but the hullraiser worked perfect with our 9 foot kayak. All in all it was a GREAT rack!!!

Yakima 78 Inch RoundBar - 1 Pair

May 25, 2008

I just bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. My wife and i each have our own kayak. We used to use our Nissan Xterra to carry them with the Yakima HullRaiser Aero racks installed directly onto our factory rack. What do I need to use them on our Pacifica? Any help would be great.
Thanks
