I prefer the team issue, a kid i ski with has these. The pole construction is the same, only difference is the graphics, straps, and the baskets may be a little bigger. You cant go wrong with ether one, scott makes the best poles in the world.

Salomon STH, 12, 14 or 16 depending on your level of skiing. I have the STH16 and there a pound lighter then my look 15's, and just as durable.

Love This Boot

Salomon Kaos Ski Boot - Men's

I got these boots over the summer, and have skied 5 days a week since nov. and must say these boots look brand new. I ski with a kid that bought the spk pro for $700 and the leather is ripped, and is wishing he saved the $400 and got these . I did put a stronger strap (the "Booster Strap") on it because i get bad shin bang, but i love these boot.
