I prefer the team issue, a kid i ski with has these. The pole construction is the same, only difference is the graphics, straps, and the baskets may be a little bigger. You cant go wrong with ether one, scott makes the best poles in the world.

Salomon STH, 12, 14 or 16 depending on your level of skiing. I have the STH16 and there a pound lighter then my look 15's, and just as durable.

JJ's or ARGs... I ski Jay Peak on the east, but jay gets the most snow in the east, around 400 inchs (for those that don't know) thanks

No, cobras are better quality, i bought these then they ripped on the index and thumb the first day. I now have purchased the cobra mitts and they are better.
