Good but not as good and the old version

Fox High Frequency Bike Short - Men's

Fox High Frequency Bike Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 19, 2008

I've had 3 pairs (two 2007 and one 2008 models) of these over the last year or so and they are the best baggy shorts I've owned though still not as comfortable as spandex. The 2008 version is great except it cinches down on my gut while climbing making it difficult to breath. For this reason I much prefer the older version. The 2008 model improved the chamois design to single piece construction eliminating the delamination issues. I have not problem doing 3+ hr rides in either pair and the high back is great for people who don't have a flat butt.
