Backcountry.com Rime Pullover Jacket - Men's

November 12, 2008

Does anyone know how this compares to the Backcountry.com Shift Softshell? I know they're both made of Power Shield, but it looks like this might be a bit more light weight. Sorry for the cross-post, but I'm just wondering if there would be an appreciable difference between this and the Shift.

Backcountry.com Shift Softshell Jacket - Limited Edition - Men's

November 12, 2008

Does anyone know how this compares to the Backcountry.com Rime Softshell? I know they're both made of Power Shield, but it looks like this might be a bit heavier. I like the Rime for fall/spring and this looks like it'd be great for the winter. Any comments? Is it any thicker/heavier than the Rime even though it's the same base material?
