The North Face Borealis Backpack - 1650cu in

August 6, 2010

Is this backpack a suitable size for an 8 year old? I need a pack that can work for school and hiking.

Marmot Trestles 0 Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Spirafil

March 22, 2010

My daughter(12) and I both had the same experience with stuffing this bag into its compression sack. It takes some work to get the bag to reduce in stuff size, even with the compression straps pulled. It's safe to say that the stuffed dimensions of this bag will not be much smaller than that of the included compression sack. All in all, I would not recommend this bag if space is an issue.

The North Face Blue Kazoo Women's Sleepingbag: 15 Degree Down

Rating for this product: 4 May 21, 2008

Very comfortable for a petite frame. Definitely lives up to specs about cut fitting a female form. I have yet to use it in real cold or wet weather conditions. Imagine it will be more than suitable. Stuff sack packs it nice and small. Pretty lightweight. I've never gone wrong with The North Face. This one has lived up to my expectations.
