I am going to Ireland this summer and have been told, for obvious reasons, that I need a rain coat. My question is will this jacket protect me from torrential rains (as expected in Ireland)? Also, the high temperature is expected to be between 60 and 70Farinheit. Is this jacket for colder climates?
