I live in interior Alaska, and recently bought these as a gift for a friend. The sizing ended up being perfect. We went boarding at -15 to -20 below, plus winds of about 20+ mph. Three hours in and his hands were toasty. It's been around -40 below lately and he says they are the best, most comfortable, warmest hand gear he's ever worn. Only minus is that the white leather on the palms tends to get a little dirty (of course), but for comfort like that, who cares?
