great insulating layer

This is the most comfortable fleece layer I own. For skiing in Jackson hole a couple of weeks ago, I wore a silk or capilene base layer, then this, then my outer jackets (a softshell and a hardshell), and it was perfect (temp in teens-20s). My wife wore the women's version of this, but with a proper ski jacket (no softshell-hardshell combo) and she also said it was perfect. I'm 5-8, 145 lbs, and the Small is fitted: not snug, but not baggy--just perfect. I got it for skiing, but since then I've been wearing it as a regular fleece when I'm out and about. It doesn't look too technical, and the fit is just right.
