Not for Short Torsos

Crumpler Mahoubar Messenger Bag

Definitely not a good idea if you have a short torso.
Packs like the Ortleib Messenger that are shorter in length and place the load higher up sit far more comfortably on my back.
The shoulder padding is non existent, and the straps cut into your neck.
I can't vouch for its waterproofing, but the construction doesn't seem like it would stand up to a downpour well.
The layout of the bag makes it impossible to take full advantage of the interior space.
Also, the way it distributes weight makes me feel like I'm being pulled backwards.
I really wanted to like this bag, because I don't like how roll top bags like the orteib block my over the shoulder vision in traffic, but it's just far too uncomfortable for me.
