no leakage as promised. have only used in warm weather thus far, but no complaints on how squeezy the bottle is. holds plenty of liquid to recharge on the long rides without stopping for a refill

I glove them

Backcountry.com In Motion Glove - Men's

Backcountry.com In Motion Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 February 4, 2009

Wear them mostly for work, where lugging equipment out of cold vans. Leather palms are rugged and show no wear after weeks of use. Love the design with the extension at wrists. My hand measures right on for the Large, but glove seems a bit bigger than ideal. No big deal though. Overall a kickin glove for a Utah winter.

Backcountry.com Merino Trail Sock - 3 Pair

Backcountry.com Merino Trail Sock - 3 Pair

Rating for this product: 4 January 16, 2009

Comfy sock for all purpose. Keep the feet cool, and the merino stays sweet smelling after a big workout. Passed the test following a several hour raquetball session. Colors are different, but much respect gets paid for rockin' the goat out the top of the shoe. Dang near perfect sock

Great tights

CW-X Insulator Expert Tights - Men's

CW-X Insulator Expert Tights - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

Love these tights. Purchased in early Fall. Was not sure for sizing to abide by the height or waist measurement -- being they need to fit snug, the waist is more accurate. I am 6'2" and about 160. Medium is more effective than the large. I own both the 3/4 and full length. Have used mostly for cycling. 3/4 were great for fall rides. Full length are very warm. Wore cycling thru Yellowstone in late October in sub-freezing temps. Warmth was no problem and muscle support is excellent. Highly recommend and will grab more in the future, especially when on SAC.

Tasty and effective

Accelerade Accelerade Sports Drink - 60 Serving Canister

Accelerade Accelerade Sports Drink - 60 Serving Canister

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

Tried this for summer road biking. Effective protein and electrolyte replenishing for endurance on long rides in the heat. Used during the ride for refreshment and again after for quick recovery. Very helpful on back-to-back day rides. Much better taste than other drinks of the same type. Different taste than typical Gatorade, but more effective for endurance and recovery. Have several containers of the Lemonade, but the other flavors I've tested are just as good. Highly recommend!
