Bio:
What gets me up in the morning is learning new skills & perfecting old ones... However, I always look to wisdom to guide me in this endeavor of learning, so that while i seek i also keep balance in mind; “What could I say to you that would be of value, except that perhaps you seek too much, that as a result of your seeking you cannot find.” (Herman Hesse)

2010/2011 K2 Sidestash Ski
K2 SideStash Alpine Ski
September 24, 2010
With its light, powerful build and sport-utility dimensions, the K2 SideStash Alpine Ski brings the ruckus to any terrain, then laps back up for more. Hybritech sidewalls, All-Terrain rocker and a beefy waist make the SideStash a reliable charger inbounds or out, blowing powder and crud fields to hell and billy-goating tight chutes all in the same tour. Lightweight aspen and paulownia in the core keep you fresh for the next skin up.

2010/2011 Atomic Atlas Ski
Atomic Atlas Ski
September 24, 2010
Call it a storm ski, a mega-fatty, or one hell of a good time. No matter how you look at it, the Atomic Atlas with Power Rocker eats neck-deep lines for lunch and dines on sphincter-clenching drops for dinner. A full wood core gives this large-and-in-charge stick a rock-solid platform chalked with high-speed stability. Point the 140mm tips towards your favorite stash and thank the engineers at Atomic; should you encounter some blasphemous hardpack on your way to the goods, the dampening and edging performance of Step Down Sidewall technology has your back.

2010/2011 Volkl Katana Ski
Volkl Katana Alpine Ski
September 24, 2010
Speed-demon-ninja pow slayers have a new and improved weapon to destroy deep days—the Volkl Katana Alpine Ski. Vertical sidewalls, two sheets of titanium, and a wood core create a stiff ski that charges big mountain lines like a metal crowd charges riot police. A slight rocker extends your domination to the rest of the mountain, providing float in the deep and an edge on crud and hardpack. The super-fat Katana stomps big cliffs, straight-lines chutes, and smears delicious turns on hero snow, and its raised, nearly twin-tip tail allows switch powder landings when you feel a little jibby.

2010/2011 Atomic Bent Chetler Ski
Atomic Bent Chetler Ski
September 24, 2010
If you don't know the Bent Chetler by now, you better ask somebody. What started as Chris Benchetler's pro model has become the all-around powder and backcountry freestyle choice of more than half of the Atomic freeride team. Featuring both hybrid camber and hybrid construction for the best of all worlds, the Bent Chetler is a wide, light, and floaty ski with the capability to carve up hardpack almost as well as it surfs, spins, and slashes in the deep.

Line Prophet 100 Ski
September 23, 2010
Line's Prophet 100 All-Mountain Ski is quickly becoming legendary as the quintessential do-everything ski. The Prophet 100 combines a waist width that gives you good flotation in deep snow with narrow-ski agility. Line accomplished this using their proprietary Metal Matrix titanium laminate that delivers power to the parts of the ski that need it and lightens the parts that don't.

Monster Madness!
Oakley Monster Dog Sunglasses
July 9, 2010
Oakley's Monster Dog sunglasses are the largest jacket style sunglass Oakley makes. The Monster Dog offers excellent protection, comfort, and style with a thick O matter frame and true Oakley metal icons. Optical acuity remains full scale with a wide-screen peripheral view, so you'll always be able to see what's coming; and if it's a projectile, don't fret—these lenses can withstand a 12-gauge shotgun blast from 15 yards. Whew! At least your Oakley's will survive.

DAKINE Sequence Backpack w/Camera Block - 2000cu in
December 10, 2010
i've carried my 17in in this before, between the back panel and inner padded lens/body bag. It isn't ideal and there is just enough wiggle room to make it work, but for short periods of time as long as you don't mind a heavy pack, yes, you can carry a laptop in this bag.
