Oakley Crash Pant - Men's

Oakley Crash Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 December 29, 2008

while these pants are adequate for the job, they are too baggy (not that i like tight pants either, but these are just silly), too short (for how ridiculously baggy they are), and they are really not that waterproof at all. sure they are comfy when you put them on and wear them around the house, but when its cold, wet, and miserable out, these pants do not help. they are cold and wet. they came cheap on tramdock which is why i got them at all. but i have found that you get what you pay for, no wonder they were so cheap. all that stuff that oakley says about keeping you dry....bs

Too Soft

Nordica Enforcer Alpine Ski

Nordica Enforcer Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 3 October 19, 2008

i don't have these skis exactly, but from the year before. i do not know if they are made differently, but i am 6'0" 175lbs and these skis were way too soft. they would be great for smaller of less aggressive skiers I'm sure, but for any person who only knows how to charge big lines and go mach loony no matter what, these skis are not for you, go get something stiffer. they are a good in-bounds ski if conditions are nice, but don't do very well in crud, and they are awesome for ripping down groomers, they turn real nice, but who wants to do that all day???

best purchase of my life

Dynastar Legend Pro Plus XXL Alpine Ski

Dynastar Legend Pro Plus XXL Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 September 16, 2008

the only regret i have is that i bought the 187mm and not the 194mm. i am 6'0" 170lbs and im not saying they are too short cause i love them do much, but i think i could have used that little extra. but that thing that backcountry wrote about them right under the picture, yeah, if i could write, thats what i would say! i can stay stable bombing through the most gnarly stuff i can find on the mountain! nice and stiff too!
