Not just a camping towel

Eagle Creek Travel Towels

Eagle Creek Travel Towels

Rating for this product: 4 November 17, 2008

It's not a standard bath towel so it won't take up too much space. It's soft, comfortable, and very absorbent. It dries within two to three hours, so either hang it or drape it on your pack. If you're going to be out hiking for over five days, it takes up more space than I'm willing to give up.

MSR Packtowl UltraLite

Rating for this product: 5 November 17, 2008

If you're going a long distance or you'll be out for an extended period of time this towel is awesome. It's extremely light and absorbent. I wasn't timing it but it literally dried out within minutes. It's almost paper towel thin and it will fit in your pocket.

best boulder T-Shirt

Marmot Boulder T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Marmot Boulder T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 24, 2008

I bought this planning to wear it while running and working out. Just one problem it's too comfortable. This shirt is soft, real soft. It stretches and moves with you, whether you are running or stretching out across a couch. I just wish I had bought both colors before they ran out of my size.

perfect shirt for the outdoors

I bought a couple of these for my job. The temperature here during the summer can reach up to 120 degrees easily. I wanted something that would stay cool, hide sweat and dry quickly. This shirt has done a great job. I eventually bought at least one of every color. Another great feature is how easy they are to care for. I haven't had to iron any of them. Just throw one on and go, no wrinkles!

a great multipurpose bag

Eagle Creek Toy Chest 90 Kit

Eagle Creek Toy Chest 90 Kit

Rating for this product: 4 May 28, 2008

i got one of these bags over a year ago for my wife. she has a little trouble staying organized. these compartments make it very easy. so now i'm on the road for a few weeks and it was the obvious choice for me. it makes a great collapsable footlocker once you get where you are going. i've even purchased a couple of extra mud boxes to throw extra stuff into. so far, it's a great bag.
Pros - good size and dimensions, removable compartments, easy access zipper openings, functional handles
Cons - fully loaded this easily exceeds the airline 50 lb weight limit, i know, no where does it say it say intended to be airline luggage and here's why. the same material that makes it light and collapsable makes it lousy for dragging or tumbling around on a conveyor belt. the only other thing that i don't care for is the lack of a shoulder strap. they give you D-rings to attach one to but you have to go get your own, what a slap in the face. so, use it in your car for anything from clothes to climbing gear. it's durable but it can be punctured.

If they had more colors, i would buy more. it's easily the most comfortable shirt ever. It makes a great base layer or just wear it by itself. It moves with you and at times you may even forget that its there. Keep buying these, maybe they'll make more.
