perfect for that sweaty guy. . . you know who i mean

Mountain Hardwear Wicked Lite Tank - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Wicked Lite Tank - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 July 6, 2009

This tank is awesome for any outdoor adventure that requires endurance of that blistering Sól. I am definitly that sweaty kid that sits in class boiling away as the teacher spout out about supply and demand, so imagine me on the trails. Before i got this shirt, I had to go bear backed to keep myself cool. But with this shirt, I feel 10x better. It keeps the moisture on your back and chest to a minimum keeping you sweat free and much more chilled to enjoy the hike and bike. Fit is true to size when using the sizing chart. It is stretchy, as a base layer should be, so if you got that keg below your chest, you'll fit right into it. I highly recommend it.

basic kit that gets the job done

DAKINE Super Tune Tuning Kit - USA

DAKINE Super Tune Tuning Kit - USA

Rating for this product: 4 May 19, 2009

For the price of getting an iron alone, this kit isn't bad. It gets the job done. The iron is easy to use and has some insturctions for n00b proofing. I do suggest some different wax. Also, complete the kit with some base cleaner (Dakine also has some that work well, and smell like oranges).

slick watch worth the pennies

Nixon Scout Leather Watch - Men's

Nixon Scout Leather Watch - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 10, 2008

Very nice. stays in place and doesn't wiggle around. I do first aid and EMT work, so its a must to have a watch that's comfortable and readable. only thing is there are no ticks for time in between 5 minute intervals, but i still manage time to the minute with the oversized face.

Oakley Icon Backpack 3.0

Oakley Icon Backpack 3.0

Rating for this product: 5 June 9, 2008

This bag is the steeze beez kneez. Super Versatile. I'm outta my house for long periods of time and always have a bag. my ogio street just broke. This bag is equal if not better than that. room for all the things i have with me, including laptop, chords, a lunch, study material (so a few books about and inch each), zune, chords and headphones, stethoscope (I work first aid sometimes and use my own stethoscope), sunglasses/case, and still have room!! even with that much weight, its easy to haul around such a load. Contrary to the tech specs, there is a waistbelt that helps keep the pack close and secure.
I've taken this hiking, to work, used it as an overnight, and just as a day to day pack. After some staring at it, and my EMT senses tingled: i found i could even use this as a pretty effective trauma pack. It'd have room for a 150 piece kit at least (splints, gauze, curlex, scope, cuff, etc.). If you need a day to day pack that you use for all purposes, THIS IS YOUR BAG! No regrets. versatile

awesome boots

DC Balance Snowboard Boot - Men's

DC Balance Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 23, 2008

These boots are sweet. Comfortable and snug. the liner is one of the easiest to adjust of all the boots I've gone through thus far. I rode all day the first time I got them, didn't have to adjust a thing; every lace and strap stayed tight. One of the best lace boots out there for a good price.

Slick jacket worth the moolah

Burton 3/2 Jacket - Men's

Burton 3/2 Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 25, 2008

This jacket is way worth what you pay for. its easy to move in and keeps you warm. if you get too heated just pop the vents and your good to go. all i wore under this on a snowy day was some underarmor and i was set for the day. lots of storage for whatever heeds your needs and the ipod setup is prime for riding all day; its surprisingly easy to change the song on the fly. way worth the price
