Is the ski length measurement tip to tail including the tail, or is the tail turn up not counted in the length.

how thin is this sock. their cushion light model is pretty thick, perhaps the cushion designation indicates that. I want something not a whole lot thicker than nylons, suuuuper thin that is.

Does Ninthward include the tail turnup in the length or do they only measure the effective edge.Or does anyone know the effective running length (length minus tips n tails)?
