Great for wet conditions.

Arc'teryx Sidewinder SV Pant - w/Instep - Women's

Arc'teryx Sidewinder SV Pant - w/Instep - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

These were purchased for my daughter who skis in Juneau, Alaska. They commonly have extremely wet and windy weather conditions. She tells me they keep her warm and dry-not an easy task. Naturally she has an Arc Teryx jacket too. Our entire family is very outdoor oriented and we all think Arc Teryx is in a league of it's own in terms of keep you dry. She's about 5' 2" and 118 lbs, the smalls fit her perfectly.

The North Face Impulse Vest - Men's

The North Face Impulse Vest - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

My husband asked for a vest for running, but also wanted to be able to use it for casual wear. I purchased the "cool blue" and it's a great looking vest.
He used it running the other morning, 45 degrees and didn't complain about being
too warm. I notice he's also wearing it when he runs errands. Bottom line: great vest...although, probably too warm for temps much above 55 degrees.

SmartWool Midweight Zip Top - Women's

SmartWool Midweight Zip Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

I love smart wool. The zip t is my favorite... but only in the medium weight. The light weight stretched out more and I don't care as much for the fit. I wear my tops running, biking and for every day use. I even purchased one for my daughter. She too loves the fit and keeps asking for more. She is an avid outdoorswoman in Alaska and wears it hiking, skiing, running and biking. Bottom line: you can't own too many of Smart wool midweight shirts.
