AWEOME jacket, but totally NOT waterproof or windproof

Bought the jacket which was first rate, BUYER BEWARE, this is NOT a storm shell or a cold weather shell or a waterproof shell. It is an awesome heavy duty soft shell that WILL get soaked in the rain or nuking wet snow. And as a wind stopping exterior shell it is barely there. It is just an amazing soft shell for what it is gorgeous fabric, cut and design extremely high quality. Look for a Marmot Troll Wall or an Arc-teryx hard shell or even Mammut's own hard shell that is Gore-Tex. Not this one. I returned it and plan on getting a Marmut Troll Wall or if Ar-teryx is on sale get that one.
