Therm-a-Rest Compack Camp Chair

i ordered this chair and used it 3 times. its really great and light, but its starting to rip at the side where middle strap goes across the pad.(strap connecting to side) i tryed gorilla tape, but it doesnt stick to the cordura material. how do i repair it?

its ok. hard to clean when food gets under the orange part. pretty nice that it fits in the pot. not very sturdy tho. mixed emotions on this spork
