Smith Prodigy Goggle

February 1, 2009

It depends on your face shape. The Phenom frame is a little bit smaller/ narrower than the Prodigy. I have a bigger noggin so I prefer the Prodigy.

great nalgene replacement

Backcountry.com Klean Kanteen Powder-Coated Bottle - 40oz

Backcountry.com Klean Kanteen Powder-Coated Bottle - 40oz

great bottle, zero taste. The only gripe I have is that the lid squeeks a bit when screwing/unscrewing it since it's metal on metal. That shouldn't stop you from promoting the Goat though! I'm getting another!

almost too warm

Arc'teryx Sniper Zip Jacket - Men's

Arc'teryx Sniper Zip Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 January 16, 2009

Great fit and the windblock is almost too good for me as this is a very warm fleece for my body. I usually wear mid/exp weight fleece while skiing and the Sniper is the warmest thing I've ever layered with. For typical in area skiing the Sniper is too warm to layer (but I also tend to run warmer than my friends). It is a great mid/outer layer for backcountry trips and dry days when a shell isn't needed.

DAKINE Cool Lock

DAKINE Cool Lock

Rating for this product: 3 January 16, 2009

I replaced my lock and this one works better. However the cable retract button isn't the smoothest operating mechanism. Still it does it's job and I still have my skis. Change from * to *** rating

Great skins

Black Diamond GlideLite Nylon STS Skins

Black Diamond GlideLite Nylon STS Skins

Rating for this product: 5 January 16, 2009

Love the light weight and they climb great. Easy on and off and they stay in place great, even when the occasional early season branch needs to be crossed. No complaints! The stow bag that comes with them is a little snug but that's no reason for complaint.

Great lock - just wont unlock

DAKINE Cool Lock

DAKINE Cool Lock

Rating for this product: 1 December 18, 2008

I bought the silly lock to protect my investments this winter. So silly me, I reset the lock to my combination - no prob. Then I decide I'll test it out and lock my Pontoons to my Volkls just to see how long the cable really is - no prob. Well when I go to unlock it the combo doesn't unlock. I just cut the cable so I can hit the hills tomorrow. I use the same combo for everything so I know I have the right one. The stupid lock just wouldn't open. Can i return this?
