Awesome, durable, light cook set. Hopefully the '09 lives up the the perforance of these. Used them with jet boil and more traditional coleman stove and they worked great. packs up unbelievably small with some extra room for matches, flint, small utensils, etc. love it!

Great but....

The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's

The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 March 16, 2009

This fleece is well made and you wouldn't expect anything else from TNF. However, if you are wearing it an outer layer it is not no good below 40 degrees or if there any wind above 5-10 mph. Granted they do not claim to have wind resistance, but I would have expected it to perform better since it is Polartec 200. It serves its function very well, warmer (above 40) calm weather and zip in capability. But if you are expecting anything extra out of it, you will be disappointed. One feature I loved, is that the arms and torso are not really short. I'm 6'2" and I have a hard time getting jackets to be long enough and this covers my belt completely and is a good length on my arms. If you buy it for its intended purposes you will not be disappointed! And it is well worth the money, as is just about everything from TNF.

Outdoor Research Specter Fleece Jacket - Women's

Outdoor Research Specter Fleece Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 16, 2009

Bought this for my wife, and she loves the fit. It is great for the spring temperatures right now. Since she wears in now instead of some other jackets she has, I'd say she likes it. She commented how it is warmer than it feels when just holding it (i.e. it's light yet warm). It is very soft and moves and breathes well while out jogging or walking.

Best Fleece I've Ever Owned

Marmot Afterburner Fleece Jacket - Men's

Marmot Afterburner Fleece Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 28, 2008

I have fleece from North Face and Columbia, and this fleece far outperforms both of them. I was skeptical of the WindStopper capabilities, but they are just as advertised. I live in northern Michigan and with a sweater under it, I go outside in 15-20 degree weather with 20+ mph winds (like all last week). It is warm and flexible. I called Marmot to figure out the fit of this jacket, it is causal fit. It is not a technical fit. I really appreciated the longer torso length since I'm a taller guy (6'2"). I would recommend this to anyone, it is well worth the price.
